Qld:Woman suffers minor burns in Brisbane housefire
BRISBANE, April 24 AAP - An elderly woman was rescued from a fire at her home in Brisbane'sinner west early this morning.
Queensland Fire and Rescue Service said the blaze broke out in the kitchen of the housein Wahroonga Road, Ashgrove, around 4am (AEST).
A neighbour alerted authorities.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus were able to rescue the woman, who was takento Brisbane's St Andrew's Hospital suffering minor burns and smoke inhalation.
